Please read this document in its entirety before commissioning me. By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service.
GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
-All artwork created is copyrighted to MarkyyBlitz/r_shinigami __ _-I maintain the rights to my artwork and may use it to advertise or promote my work.
Reproduction, copying, recoloring and editing my work is prohibited.
Removing my watermark and reposting my art without proper credit is prohibited.
Selling and profiting off of my work is prohibited unless I have agreed to it and have been paid a commercial fee.-I maintain the right to decline a commission for any reason.-I will not use commissioned work to make merchandise in any shape unless the commissioner of said work has specifically allowed me to.-Upon the completion of the artwork, the commissioner will receive watermarked and unwatermarked high-resolution PNG files, but may repost only the watermarked file, along with proper credit (tagging me or mentioning my username in the post).
The commissioner will only receive digital files, not physical/printed goods.-I can only work on one commission at a time.
If another person would like to commission me while I’m already working on, or have reserved the first commission spot for someone, they will be asked if they would like to be put on the waiting list.-Please note that sometimes it might take up to a month and a half before I can begin working on your commission, it depends on the lenght of the waiting list.-I will not mimic or try to replicate another artist’s style, before commissioning me consider if my style is suitable for your idea.
I will not copy or trace the reference material given to me by a commissioner, especially if that material is by another artist. I can only make an original artwork inspired by said reference, meaning it might not be the same, as I do not want to copy someone else’s work.-If you would like to commission me, you can do so by sending me a message on twitter:

PAYMENT AND PRICING
-I only accept paypal as the payment option.-I take full payment upfront.-I only accept payment in Euros.-When the commission has been discussed and accepted by me, I will send out the paypal invoice to the commissioner.
If the invoice isn’t paid in full within 3 days, the commission will be cancelled and the commission spot will be granted to the next person on the waiting list.-I do not haggle on the prices, however if you are on a budget we can discuss other cheaper alternatives to your commission idea.-Once the invoice has been paid and I have started working on the commission, I will send the commissioner updates on the progress of the artwork.
Before starting with detailed sketching, I will send the commissioner pre-sketches or thumbnails of the basic poses and composition of the drawing, and I will only continue with detailed sketching and lineart once the commissioner is happy with the basics.-Every commissioner has the right to make 5 smaller changes in the sketching period (not to be confused with pre-sketching/thumbnail period) which will not be charged.
If smaller changes exceed the amount which is granted for free, there will be extra charges.
Any bigger change such as completely changing the poses and having to erase the current work and draw from the beginning will cost extra.
I will not be making any changes past the lineart stage.-If I make a mistake during or past the working progress (such as missing or incorrect markings, patterns, color placements etc.), please let me know and I will fix said mistake free of charge.-Some commission prices may increase depending on complexity of the character and/or background design.-I can only issue a refund if I am unable to finish or have to stop working on a commission because of personal reasons such as unexpected health or workspace complications.
TIMEFRAME
-If you are on the waiting list you can always ask me about the rough estimate on when I’ll be able to start working on your commission, but note that sometimes it might take longer than originally expected.
Please do not spam me about when I’ll be able to start working on your commission and please consider not commissioning me if you are not ok with waiting for up to a month for your commission.-Depending on the complexity of the commission, it might take up to two weeks or more to finish.-I do not work with deadlines.
If you have a specific date by which the commission should be finished by, please tell me beforehand and we can discuss if it’ll be possible for me to accomplish or not.-If it takes much longer than expected to complete a commission, the commissioner will be notified.
COMMISSION USAGE
-Personal/single use commissions may not be used commercially or reproduced for monetary gain.-I do not allow my work to be used as NFTs or any form of crypto-mining medium, even if the work commissioned is commercial artwork.-If you want to purchase a commercial commission, you must tell me what the artwork will be used for.-If a commissioner or anyone else ever uses my work for NFTs, they will be banned from commissioning me.-The commissioner or anyone else may not claim my work as their own.-My art may not be used for tattoo designs unless the commissioner specifies that at the time of ordering a commission.
